Scheduling and asset tracking

Installs, services, repairs and collections planned against real van capacity. Engineers close jobs on site with photos, parts used and a signature, and it lands on the unit record.

  • Drag jobs onto vans, or let the planner sequence the day
  • Cycle counts and error codes tracked per machine
  • Works offline in the van, syncs when there is signal

ADD-ONS

Two things operators ask us for that aren't software.

Bought through Launderworks, billed on the same invoice, priced off your live unit count.

Digital marketing services

Add-on

A Launderworks team runs paid search, local listings and review collection against your storefront. Leads land in your CRM with the source attached, so you can see cost per rental rather than cost per click.

  • Campaign management and monthly spend reporting
  • Landing pages built on your existing storefront
  • Attribution through to the signed subscription

Business insurance

Add-on

Cover arranged for appliance rental specifically: machines in other people's homes, stock in the depot, goods in transit and public liability. Your live unit count sets the premium, so you are not insuring a fleet you no longer own.

  • Fleet in the field, depot stock and goods in transit
  • Public liability and engineer cover for installs
  • Claims filed from the unit record, with the service history attached

MIGRATION

You are probably running this on four spreadsheets and a shared inbox.

Send us the fleet list, the subscriber list and last month's collections file. We reconcile them, match machines to renters, and give you a report of everything that does not tie up before you go live.

We were losing a machine a month to bad records. Not stolen, just unaccounted for. The first thing Launderworks gave us was an honest number for how many units we actually own, and where they are.

Questions operators ask first

Can we keep our own website?

Yes. Run the storefront module alongside it, or use the API to keep your site and let Launderworks handle stock, slots and checkout behind it.

Who owns the ACH debit authorizations?

You do. Launderworks connects your Stripe or Plaid account, so payouts and authorizations stay in your name and transfer with you if you leave.

Do the engineers need signal?

No. The van app holds the day's jobs, checklists and photos offline and syncs when it reconnects.

What happens to units in the depot?

They are tracked but not billed. You only pay for machines that are on rent and earning.

Can landlords hold several units?

Yes. A landlord account groups units across addresses under one invoice, with per-unit service history kept separate.

How long does migration take?

Two weeks is typical for a fleet under 2,000 units, and the first collection run out of Launderworks is usually the following month.

BOOK A DEMO

Get your number before you commit to anything.

Tell us roughly how many machines you have out and where. You get an answer within one business day with what Launderworks costs for a fleet that size, what the migration looks like, and a date we could go live.

  • It reaches somebody who works on the product, not a sales queue
  • Nothing is created and nothing is charged by sending it
  • Bring the spreadsheet you are running on now

We use what you send here to reply to you. Nothing else. See the privacy notice.

Start with your fleet list. You will know what you own by the end of the week.

No card to start, and a migration call included.
